Follow these steps to connect whatsapp account:
- Connect your clinic's own WhatsApp number and reminders will reach patients from a number they recognize and can reply to. Follow these steps:
- Click on Reminders in the navigation
- Click on Add Whatsapp account
- Open WhatsApp on your phone, tap the menu, then Linked devices, Link a device, and scan the QR code
- Well done! Your WhatsApp number is now connected to your clinic
- Go back to Reminders
- Click on the Appointment reminder to customize the message patients receive
