Email info@dododentist.com with a clear description and the affected clinic identifier when safe. Include only non-sensitive, redacted screenshots.

Security and privacy

Use the same address for security reports and applicable privacy requests. Never email patient data, clinical records, passwords, API keys, OAuth tokens, authorization codes, or webhook secrets.

Developer integrations

Include the endpoint or MCP client name, HTTP status, request time, and a redacted request identifier. The public developer documentation describes supported integration surfaces.
